Society 5.0

Co-Existence Between Human Being and Machine Being

5th Conference:  25th-27th June 2025
Hosted by: University of Camerino (UNICAM)

Conference venue: UNICAM’s Polo Didattico di San Benedetto

The Conference

In a rapidly evolving digital society, the growing interaction between humans and machines is redefining the boundaries of any aspects and stages of our life cycle. This emerging  “collaboration” has the potential to drive forward social good, foster a more equitable, sustainable and responsible future, while properly addressing (complex) global challenges. However, this significant and pervasive interaction also requires a careful engagement with the ethical and social issues that arise alongside these innovations.

This conference provides an important and timely opportunity to contribute to the vision of Society 5.0 — a human-centered society that increasingly relies on a “fair pact” between human being and machine being with the aim of shaping a future where everyone  benefits, while ensuring justice, inclusivity, and sustainability for the generations to come.

In the spirit of Society 5.0, a human-centered society, we would like to ensure that as many people as possible, are able to take part in the conference in 2025. You will be able to experience:
